01

Settle into the studio

We begin with the piece you’re making, the clay body, and the quiet techniques that will guide the session.

02

Build your form

You’ll shape, refine, and surface your piece with guidance that keeps the process calm and approachable.

03

Leave it with us

Want to keep your piece? It’s £6, paid after class. We finish it in a transparent glaze, fire it, and let you know when it’s ready to collect.

“Such a great workshop! You get stuck in right away and get making from start to finish.”

Good to know

  • Wear clothes you don't mind getting clay on — aprons provided but clay finds sleeves.

  • Finished pieces aren’t included in the class price. Want to keep yours? Pay £6 after your class and we’ll fire it with a transparent glaze.

  • Pieces take approximately 8 weeks for firing. We'll notify you when ready.

  • Arrive 5 minutes early so you can settle in.

Important notes

Glaze results vary naturally due to chemical reactions during firing. Pieces may occasionally crack during firing due to air bubbles or uneven surfaces; these outcomes are not refundable. Collect your piece within one month of notification. Pieces not collected after that are discarded.
