About Blanc Ceramic – A Creative Ceramic Studio in Park Royal, London

Crafting Calm, Creativity & Community Through Clay

At Blanc Ceramic, we offer more than just pottery classes—we provide a welcoming, hands-on environment where people of all backgrounds can reconnect with creativity. Based in Park Royal, London, our studio is built on the belief that the emptiness within a ceramic vessel is where its purpose and beauty lie—a concept inspired by Daoist philosophy and the teachings of Laozi.

Blanc Ceramic is a locally rooted ceramic studio led by a team of skilled, passionate instructors dedicated to delivering mindful, hands-on learning experiences. Whether you're exploring pottery for the first time, refining your sculpting technique, or drawn to the artistry of ceramic marbling, our diverse range of expertly designed sessions offers something for every creative journey.

Our Story – Rooted in Philosophy, Formed by Clay

After spending years mastering pottery through personal exploration and teaching, Raymond brought his passion to London, opening Blanc Ceramic in 2023. Inspired by Daoist concepts of balance and mindfulness, he saw an opportunity to create a studio that serves not only as a place to learn but also as a space for stillness, expression, and presence.

Today, Blanc Ceramic is supported by a dedicated team of experienced instructors who each bring their own creative strengths and teaching styles to the studio’s diverse programme.Located in a quiet industrial unit near North Acton Station, Blanc Ceramic has quickly become a creative retreat for residents from Ealing, Acton, Harlesden, and beyond.

Our Vision & Values

At Blanc Ceramic, we believe in:

✓ Creativity as mindfulness: Pottery offers a quiet, meditative space in our fast-paced world.
✓ Community over competition: We welcome all skill levels and walk alongside each student’s growth.
✓ Craftsmanship and quality: Our students learn to create pieces that are beautiful, practical, and lasting.

We're not here to just teach pottery - we’re here to help you discover yourself through it.

The Founder - Raymond

Blanc Ceramic was founded by Raymond, a self-taught ceramicist with over eight years of teaching experience. His passion for craftsmanship shaped the studio’s unique approach to pottery. Raymond remains an active instructor and mentor, helping guide the studio’s creative direction while continuing to teach select workshops and classes.

Our Talented Teaching Team

Blanc Ceramic is more than one person - it’s a collective of passionate, skilled ceramic instructors who bring a wealth of experience and creativity to every session. Each team member specialises in different techniques, from wheel throwing and glazing to hand-building and sculpting. Together, we create a welcoming, collaborative space where beginners and experienced makers alike feel supported, inspired, and empowered to explore their creativity.
