Do you deliver, or is it collection only?
Both. Collect free from our studio in Park Royal (NW10), or we deliver anywhere in mainland UK for £80 — usually within 7–14 days.
Can I see it before I buy?
Yes. Come to the studio to see it and try it on the wheel — just email to arrange a time.
How do I pay?
Email to enquire and we’ll send an invoice. We’ll confirm payment before your wheel is delivered or collected.
Is it under warranty?
Yes — every wheel comes with its manufacturer’s warranty (Andromeda: 5 years). If anything isn’t right, talk to us.
What if I change my mind?
Unused wheels can be returned within 14 days, in line with your UK consumer rights.
