The practical details, written plainly before you join.
First session
Please book your first session with us — it’s a short studio induction: how the studio, wheels, kiln shelves and booking work. Email studio@blanceramic.com or call/WhatsApp 07787 474855.
Minimum enrolment
2 months from your start date.
Deposit
Your first payment includes a refundable deposit of one month’s fee (£200). It’s returned when you leave with 30 days’ notice after the minimum term, with the studio and equipment left in good order.
Cancellation
30 days’ written notice.
Pause
You can freeze your membership for up to 4 weeks a year. A holding fee of £15/month keeps your spot and any work in storage. Let us know at least 14 days before your billing date.
Damage
Members are responsible for their work and studio care. Damage to kiln shelves, props or equipment, such as glaze runs or explosions, is charged at full replacement cost plus a 15% admin fee.
