Most team days ask people to perform. Clay asks them to pay attention instead.
Put a group around the wheel and something shifts. Job titles matter less than whether your bowl stays on the wheel. People laugh at their own collapses, help each other out, and leave with something they made — not a photo of a scoreboard.
We host private groups in the studio: wheel throwing or hand building, guided at everyone's pace, with room to talk while your hands are busy. No one needs to know what they're doing. Everyone leaves with something.
Tell us your group size and what you have in mind, and we'll shape the session around you.
